Sisu 2023 Movie Review

Jalmari Helander is the writer and director of the 2022 action film Sisu. Set in Finnish Lapland during The Second Great War, the film follows a gold miner who endeavors to get his gold and guard himself from a Nazi passing crew drove by a merciless Schutzstaffel officer. The film stars Jack Doolan , Aksel Hennie, Jorma Tommila and Mimosa Willamo.

Initially, Helander should chip away at the science fiction satire Jerry and Ms. Universe as his next project after Big Game, yet the Coronavirus pandemic changed Helander's arrangement and he continued on toward make Sisu. The man's attempt to defend himself and save his priceless possession is the primary focus of the entire film. In addition, the movie lives up to its name by providing the audience with thrilling moments throughout. "Sisu" is also a real term that is used to describe extraordinary determination in the face of extreme adversity, and the film lives up to its name. cheers for Jalmari Helander, the director, and Aksel Hennie, who plays SS Obersturmführer Bruno Helldorf, and Jorma Tommila, who plays Aatami Korpi.
